PARTNERSHIP

If you are a school, district or organization requiring a customized learning program, Elizabeth will partner with you to design a program that works within your scheduling constraints and meets your desired outcomes. Customized programs have the advantage of building upon and reinforcing other important initiatives that are currently in place at your school. • Instructional Leadership: Bi-monthly consultations for an administrative team consisting of school principal, numeracy coach and literacy coach to develop processes for recognising, promoting and supporting high-quality instruction.
  • Curriculum Design:  Facilitation of curriculum design review sessions with each department of a school once per term following summer training in Understanding By Design
  • Peer Observation Skills: Workshop in "Exploiting Our In-House Expertise:  Peer observation and Lesson Study"  training coaches and department heads to lead their departments in peer observation and lesson study.
